Planning that works on stage
An event succeeds when idea, venue and technology fit together from the start. We handle technical event planning and combine concept, feasibility and implementation into a plan everyone involved can rely on.
As early as the idea and concept phase, we assess what is technically possible and what it takes. We evaluate the venue, survey it ourselves if necessary and plan structures, lighting, escape routes and seating on all common CAD platforms.
The planning results in schedules for set-up and dismantling, realistic budget planning, tender documents for the service providers and technical documents for approvals. On request, we then take over overall technical direction on site, keeping responsibility in one hand.

From idea to event
1. Idea and feasibility
You describe your plans. We assess what is technically possible and what is needed.
2. Venue and planning
We evaluate and survey the venue and plan all technical trades in detail.
3. Tender and coordination
With bills of quantities, plans and lists, you obtain comparable offers. We manage changes centrally.
4. Implementation
On request, we take over overall technical direction on site, up to the handover of a fully operational system.
Planning early saves time and money
The most expensive problems at events are often caused by questions asked too late: Where can loads be suspended? Are power supply and escape routes sufficient? Does the schedule for set-up and dismantling work?
The earlier we are involved in event planning, the better such questions can be answered. Based on many years of experience and basic calculations, we give you a reliable feasibility assessment early on.
With our 4D interactive system, all data comes together in one plan, from conception through tender to set-up. Everyone involved works with the same version, in the Rhine-Main area as well as on international projects.

Questions about event planning
Do you organise complete events?
Our focus is on the technical side: feasibility, venue, planning of the technical trades, scheduling and budget planning, and overall technical direction. For programme, catering or guest management, we work with your agency, your event planners or your team.
When should I involve you?
Ideally as early as the idea and concept phase. That is when feasibility, costs and schedule can be assessed most reliably.
Do you also plan events abroad?
Yes. We have extensive experience with international and intercontinental projects throughout Europe, in the USA, in Kazakhstan, in China and in Southeast Asia.
Do you also take over management on site afterwards?
Yes. Overall technical direction is our core business. This keeps responsibility in one hand from planning to handover.
